| 13 November 2026 | SI publishes the scholarship application documents and the list of eligible master's programmes. |
| 8 to 24 February 2027 | The SI scholarship portal is open for two weeks. It closes at 14:59 CET on the final day. |

Plan to win.
The university application is open and the SI portal opens in February. Start in November and you give yourself three months to write, rethink, and ask your referees while they still have time to say yes.

Handbook and templates arrive by email. Each video lands on its release date.
There is no closing date to join, so the earlier you start the more of the calendar you still have. The handbook arrives the moment your payment is confirmed, which is why a booking cannot be cancelled after that. Ask Rahma everything you want first.
Questions you might still have
βΈ The videos are not out yet. What happens if I sign up now?
You receive the handbook and the templates as soon as your access opens, and every module arrives by email on its release date.
βΈ What is the difference between SISGP and Pioneering Women in STEM?
Only who may apply and which programmes count. Pioneering Women in STEM is for women who are citizens of one of ten countries, applying to a programme on the STEM list SI publishes on 13 November 2026. Everything else is shared: the calendar, the portal, the 3,000 hour work requirement, and the documents. Every module applies to both.
βΈ What language are the videos in?
Indonesian, with English kept for the terms you will meet in the application itself, like the portal fields and the names of the documents SI asks for.
βΈ Is there a deadline to join?
No, you can start any time. The sooner you join the more of the application calendar you still have, so getting in well before the SI deadline in February gives you the most room.
βΈ Can I cancel after paying?
No. The handbook and the templates reach you as soon as the payment is confirmed, so the booking cannot be cancelled once it goes through. Ask Rahma anything you want to know before you transfer.
βΈ How much does it cost?
Rahma, Rosi's manager, gives the price over WhatsApp.
βΈ Are documents reviewed?
Not in the Playbook. You receive the rubric reviewers use so you can assess your own drafts. For a read of your documents, see Essay Audit or a 1-1 Consultation.
βΈ Are the scholarship dates confirmed?
The dates on this page follow the Swedish Institute's published timeline for the 2027 cycle. Module release dates are fixed.
